Team Format -- 2 Ball -- Best Ball/Gross/Net (80% Handicap)

$35.00 per person donation (includes Golf, Lunch, and Dinner)

• All monies will go directly to the Arco-Iris Foundation for the benefit of the street children of Bolivia.
• Each Guest will receive 2 tickets for complimentary drinks - Cash Bar.

5:30PM - 6:30PM: Cocktail Hour & Hors d'Oeuvres

6:45PM: Champagne Toast

7:00PM - 10:00PM: Dinner
